Aston Martin is currently working on real estate projects around the world that reflect its values, including the one pictured in Omotesando, Tokyo.
Aston Martin Residences Daytona Beach Shores will be located in Daytona Beach, near the Daytona International Speedway, and is Aston Martin’s latest residential development, following Aston Martin Residences Miami and a residence completed in Tokyo’s Omotesando district.
As with all of its previous residential developments, this latest project has seen close collaboration between Aston Martin’s design team and property partners, ensuring every home reflects the brand’s renowned craftsmanship, beautiful proportions and cutting-edge technology.

18-story, 86-unit luxury residence
Aston Martin Residences Daytona Beach Shores, scheduled for completion in 2029, will feature 86 luxury residences for sale.
Aston Martin Residences Daytona Beach Shores will be located at 3411 South Atlantic Avenue, offering spectacular ocean views and close to Daytona International Speedway. Built in 1959, the track is known as the home of NASCAR’s Daytona 500 and the 24 Hours of Daytona.
Aston Martin Residences Daytona Beach Shores will feature 86 units spread across 18 floors on a site of approximately 215,000 square feet (20,000 m2). Two floors will be dedicated to parking, and the top two floors will be penthouse floors with double-height ceilings. A total of eight units will be sold as ultra-luxury units.
All units will be available with a package of world-class residential amenities, and there are plans to develop a complex that will include a high-end restaurant and bakery. The development will also be located on the beach, allowing direct access to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches.
