Latest EVs gather at the Palace of Versailles

The MINI Aceman SE will be exhibited at the Paris Motor Show, which opens on October 14th.

The Paris Motor Show, which will be held at the Palace of Versailles near Paris, will feature the latest MINI EV lineup, including the two MINI John Cooper Works cars making their world premiere, as well as the MINI Aceman SE shown in the photo.

At the 2024 Paris Motor Show, MINI will debut two efficient and powerful fully electric MINI John Cooper Works cars, and the brand’s booth at the Château de Versailles will also feature the brand’s latest EV lineup, including the MINI Cooper SE, MINI Countryman SE and MINI Countryman SE ALL4.

The fully electric “John Cooper Works (JCW)” MINI Cooper and MINI Countryman models, like previous JCW models, will incorporate know-how gained from motorsports, including the Nürburgring 24 Hours. In addition to agile handling befitting the JCW name, the car will also feature a sporty and luxurious exterior design and exclusive aerodynamics that significantly reduce energy consumption.

The MINI Cooper SE, which will be on display at the Paris Motor Show, combines MINI’s traditional three-door design with the latest electric powertrain. In addition to the go-kart feel that is characteristic of MINI, the model is available in four unique trims, allowing customers to enjoy styling that suits their preferences.

MINI’s first fully electric crossover, the MINI Aceman SE, has a compact body just 4m long, providing enough space for five adults to relax. It is the successor to the MINI Clubman station wagon, and has made its debut as an EV-only model, filling the gap between the larger MINI Countryman and MINI Cooper.

As the new generation of MINI family cars continues to be announced, the 3-door hatchback, which could be considered the main attraction, has finally arrived in Japan. This fourth-generation model, which will be given the new “Cooper” sub-name, was test-driven and compared in both the engine-powered “S” and electric “SE” versions.
