Audi Q2
A size that matches urban areas in Japan

The Q2, the most compact model in Audi’s Q series SUV lineup, is highly popular in the Japanese market due to its size, which allows it to be used in multi-story parking garages.
The Audi Q2 is the most compact SUV model in the Q series. Featuring a unique, contrasting design, it measures just 4,200mm long, 1,800mm wide, and 1,530mm high, making it small enough to fit into urban multi-story mechanical parking garages, yet boasts comfort and utility comparable to that of higher-class vehicles.
This time, the “Q2” series has been updated, and all models are equipped with the new infotainment system “MIB3.” Virtual Cockpit Plus and an 8.8-inch touchscreen are now standard equipment. In addition, the new “35 TDI quattro” has been introduced, making it possible to choose the most compact “quattro” all-wheel drive model in the Q series.
“Virtual Cockpit Plus” comes as standard

This time, the infotainment system has been updated to the latest specification, “MIB3,” which introduces a 12.3-inch LCD display and an 8.8-inch touchscreen in the cockpit.
Audi’s unique infotainment system, MMI (Multimedia Interface), which allows for simple operation, has been updated to the latest MIB3. A wide 8.8-inch touchscreen has been installed in the cockpit. This has resulted in a convenient storage compartment being placed where the rotary push button on the center console was previously located, resulting in a cleaner interior design.
The meter panel is fitted with a high-resolution 12.3-inch LCD display and is equipped with the Audi Virtual Cockpit, which integrates functions such as meters, DIS (Driver Information System), and map display. The fully digital meter panel displays navigation information in addition to the speedometer and tachometer.
Introducing the most compact “quattro” model

In conjunction with the update, the Q2 35 TDI quattro, the most compact model in the Audi Q series equipped with the quattro all-wheel drive system, will be introduced to the Japanese market.
The Q2 lineup includes a high-performance, highly efficient 1.5-liter inline four-cylinder TFSI gasoline turbo and a 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder TDI clean diesel turbo. The TFSI is front-wheel drive, while the TDI is combined with a “quattro” all-wheel drive system using an electronically controlled hydraulic multi-plate clutch, achieving excellent driving performance such as stable acceleration and cornering.
The 1.5 TFSI delivers a maximum output of 110 kW (150 PS) and a maximum torque of 250 Nm, and employs a cylinder-on-demand (COD) system that deactivates two cylinders when the engine is under low load, achieving low fuel consumption. The 2.0 TDI engine has a maximum output of 110 kW (150 PS) and a maximum torque of 360 Nm, and the 35 TDI quattro, the most compact quattro model in Audi’s lineup, will be introduced to the Japanese market.
The sports grade “SQ2” is equipped with a powerful 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder TFSI gasoline turbo that produces a maximum output of 221 kW (300 PS) and a maximum torque of 400 Nm. It is combined with a 7-speed S tronic transmission and a “quattro” all-wheel drive system for agile driving.
