Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 MY25
ZTK package with exclusive aero

The 2025 Corvette ZR1 used in this test was equipped with the ZTK package, which includes carbon fiber aerodynamics.
The performance version of the eighth-generation Corvette, the Corvette ZR1, delivers excellent track performance while also offering the practicality of a powerful grand touring car.
The Corvette ZR1 used in this acceleration test was equipped with the ZTK package, which includes a high-downforce carbon fiber aero package. The car was also fitted with ultra-high-grip Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2R tires, which provided excellent grip even during hard acceleration, allowing the car to reach 60 mph in one go.
With the standard aero balanced setup, the Corvette ZR1 accelerated from 0-60 mph in 2.5 seconds and ran the quarter mile in 9.7 seconds. Its trap speed at the quarter mile was 152 mph (244 km/h), two miles faster than the ZTK-equipped ZR1.
All performance tests of the Corvette ZR1 were conducted using standard 93 octane fuel on standard road surfaces without special maintenance.
Equipped with high-performance launch control

The 0-60 mph acceleration test requires difficult starting technique, but the Corvette ZR1’s “Custom Launch Control” supported the driver.
This performance is made possible by Launch Control, which is standard on all Corvettes, and Custom Launch Control, available on models from the Stingray to the ZR1. Launch Control is programmed to manage tire spin, transmission clutch operation rate, and more, enabling quick starts for anyone.
Custom Launch Control allows the driver to adjust launch RPM and wheel slip target values using a controller located on the steering wheel. This allows the driver to optimize acceleration to suit road conditions. Josh Holder, Chevrolet’s Corvette Chief Engineer, commented on this record-breaking achievement:
“The 2025 Corvette ZR1 has once again exceeded our expectations,” said GM. “With a top speed of 233 mph (374 km/h), the Corvette ZR1 delivers relentless power to our customers, unmatched by any other production car currently priced under $1 million.”
