Growing demand for bespoke in the Asia-Pacific region

Rolls-Royce has opened a personalized space for customers, called Private Office Seoul, in a prime location in Seoul, South Korea.

In recent years, demand for bespoke Rolls-Royce models has been growing in the Asia-Pacific region, leading to the opening of Private Office Seoul.

The Asia-Pacific region is one of Rolls-Royce’s fastest growing markets, and demand for bespoke luxury cars has increased dramatically in recent years. The opening of Private Office Seoul will meet this growing demand and further enhance the value of Rolls-Royce in the region.

“The establishment of the Private Office Seoul in South Korea’s capital city will not only enable Rolls-Royce to build even closer ties with customers in the Asia Pacific region, but will also provide the design team with inspiration on trends and customer preferences in the market,” said Chris Brownridge, Chief Executive Officer of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, in a statement.

“The opening of our permanent Private Office in Seoul marks an important milestone for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in the Korean market. With strong demand for aspirational and exclusive bespoke car designs, the Private Office Seoul will offer our valued clients in the Asia Pacific region the opportunity to work directly with Rolls-Royce designers.”

“It will enhance the customer experience and complement and support our dealer partners. We look forward to welcoming customers to our new hub, bringing them even closer to Goodwood and to customers in this important region. Our Private Office customers will embark on an extraordinary journey with us as we work together in the pursuit of perfection, bringing their dreams and ideas to life and creating unique, personal Rolls-Royce models.”

Opened in Jamsil, a popular area in Seoul

Rolls-Royce has opened a personalized space for customers, called Private Office Seoul, in a prime location in Seoul, South Korea.

Private Office Seoul opened in Jamsil, a popular area with hotels and department stores, centered around the theme park Lotte World.

Private Office Seoul, available by appointment, is located in the heart of Seoul’s vibrant Jamsil district, a blend of tradition and innovation. The studio offers a calm and inviting atmosphere, incorporating elements inspired by local culture. It provides the perfect creative space to stimulate clients’ creativity and foster close collaboration with bespoke designers and client experience managers.

The team at the Private Office work closely with each customer through conversation and research, carefully eliciting their wants, desires and aspirations to create a unique Rolls-Royce that reflects their tastes and personality. After the initial design is decided, they will follow the order’s progress with the customer and liaise directly with the craftsmen at Goodwood, England.

In addition to a personalized bespoke experience, Private Office Seoul also offers the opportunity to experience and enjoy Rolls-Royce’s private collection. The exclusive themed furniture collection showcases the artistry of the Bespoke Collective and is designed to inspire customers in a special way.
