The Mercedes-Maybach is equipped with the latest technology from Mercedes-Benz, and features a spacious and relaxing interior space, prestigious design, and an abundance of high-quality materials finished with expert craftsmanship.
The Mercedes-Maybach S 680, which forms the base for this special edition vehicle, is equipped with the flagship engine, the 6.0-liter V12 “M279” twin-turbo. It has ample specifications of maximum output of 612 PS (450 kW) and maximum torque of 900 Nm. The “9G-TRONIC” (9-speed automatic transmission) is combined with the all-wheel drive system “4MATIC” to achieve comfortable driving performance without increasing engine speed more than necessary.
The Mercedes-Maybach S 680 Edition Northern Lights, limited to just five units, features a special exterior color scheme: MANUFAKTUR Opalis White (Metallic)/MANUFAKTUR Northern Lights Violet (Metallic), inspired by the magical purple glow of the aurora borealis that illuminates the white Arctic landscape.
The beautiful color, inspired by nature, blends with the elegant atmosphere unique to Maybach. As a special body color, each vehicle is carefully finished on a dedicated production line by “MANUFAKTUR.” In addition, dark shadow gloss parts and black parts are placed on various parts, and 21-inch Maybach forged aluminum wheels enhance the glamour of the Maybach from the ground up.
First class package
The rear is equipped with the “First Class Package,” which includes luxurious independent seats, a cooling box, and champagne glasses.
The interior is luxuriously made with high-quality materials such as nappa leather and wood trim. In addition to special equipment exclusive to this limited edition vehicle, MANUFAKTUR craftsmanship is evident throughout the interior.
The seats are upholstered in “MANUFAKTUR rose grey/black (nappa leather),” which is an optional extra for the standard model. The headrests are embroidered with the Maybach logo, and the rear seats are also equipped with cushions made of leather in the same color as the seats.
The rear seats feature the “First Class Package” with independent left and right seats, and are equipped with a cooling box and champagne glasses, creating an extraordinary travel space. The interior trim is the “MANUFAKTUR Dark Brown Open Pore Walnut Wood Interior Trim,” which is an additional cost option for the standard model.
The centre of the left and right independent rear seats is fitted with “Dark Shadow Gloss Parts”, highlighting the special feel of the Maybach brand. In addition to this, in pursuit of the Maybach worldview, beautiful decorations have been added to the finest details, such as the Maybach pattern centre trim and the “MANUFAKTUR nappa leather roof liner”.
