MERCEDES AMG CLE 63 Coupe
Will the V8 be revived in response to market demand?

It looks like the V8 engine that fans want will be making a comeback.
The current Mercedes-AMG C 63 has abandoned its previous V8 engine and is now equipped with a 2.0-liter inline-four turbo engine with a plug-in hybrid system. Despite its powerful performance of 680 PS and 1020 Nm of torque, sales have struggled, and it has been called an “unappealing performance sedan.” The market seems to be saying that a hybrid cannot surpass the appeal of the W204-generation naturally aspirated 6.2-liter engine or the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8. There were rumors at one point that the engine would be changed with a minor change, but it looks like the V8 engine will be retained by the CLE 63 Coupe.
The exterior is also aggressive coupe

A test vehicle believed to be a prototype of the AMG CLE 63 is undergoing test runs at the Nürburgring. It will likely debut with changes not only to the engine, but also to the front, rear and sides.
The prototype spotted at the Nürburgring is equipped with a Panamericana grille, and the wide lower air intakes also feature vertical louvers, creating a “twin Panamericana grille.” Furthermore, the corner air intakes are also equipped with fins, giving the front mask a very aggressive look.
On the sides, newly designed side vents and sporty side skirts can be seen. The suspension appears to be equipped with lightweight wheels supported by a powerful braking system. Around the rear, angular quad exhaust pipes differentiate the CLE from its younger brother, the CLE 53. The LED taillight graphics have also been updated, and the trunk lid is equipped with a lip spoiler.
Is the interior similar to the C-Class?

The interior will likely be based on a setting similar to the C-Class, with AMG-like equipment added.
The cabin is expected to borrow heavily from the C-Class rather than the new E-Class with its “Superscreen” dash layout. It’s essentially the same layout as the standard CLE, but it’s sure to have AMG-esque touches like sporty bucket seats, an AMG steering wheel, and performance-focused drive modes.
Equipped with a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo

Electric assistance has been added to the V8 twin-turbo, and performance is expected to exceed that of the C63.
The car will be powered by a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine and will likely be called the “AMG CLE 63 S.” Its maximum output will exceed 600 PS, and it will be interesting to see how close it will be to the 680 PS maximum output of the PHEV model, the C 63 SE Performance. Since it is likely to use only a mild hybrid system, it will be lighter than the C 63 and we can expect the same or better performance.
