Bentley Residences Miami

4 bedrooms & 7 bathrooms

The penthouse is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and beautiful furnishings, and features four bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

The penthouse, one of only two in the world unveiled by Bentley Residences Miami, was sold for approximately ¥5.8125 billion, one of the highest prices in the Sunny Isles Beach real estate market. It features a spacious outdoor space, including a balcony specially designed to withstand Florida’s subtropical climate. The terrace is said to be so windproof that candles will not go out even on windy beach days.

Bentley Homes has proposed an optional interior concept for this penthouse, using materials that blend in with the beach. The penthouse unveiled this time offers a comfortable living space with high ceilings and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, creating an ideal home.

Bentley Home was born from a long-standing collaboration between Bentley and Luxury Living Group. The interior collection, which inherits this aesthetic, is inspired by the supple and dynamic curves unique to Bentley and embodies unparalleled elegance and craftsmanship.

Upon stepping out of the private elevator hall (for passengers and vehicles), you are greeted by an overwhelming sense of scale and openness brought about by the approximately 6.7m ceiling height. The living space is composed of two distinct spaces: an innovative living area where you can enjoy a panoramic view, and a garage gallery space that highlights your beloved car like a work of art.

In addition to four bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the home also comes equipped with a powder room, a study, and a private lounge for entertaining. The kitchen, equipped with the latest Gaggenau appliances, combines beauty and functionality. The private pool, located both indoors and outdoors, is a spatial highlight that naturally connects the indoor and outdoor spaces, and an outdoor kitchen is also located there. There is also a room reserved for service staff.

Interior that makes use of Bentley aesthetics

The newly unveiled penthouse features furniture and an interior concept specially designed by Bentley, with the utmost care taken to ensure the luxury of materials.

The penthouse at Bentley Residences Miami features furniture and an interior concept specifically designed by Bentley. The high ceilings and open space further enhance the sophisticated design, providing a living space that resonates with the residents’ sensibilities. The interior skillfully combines texture and transparency, with natural stone, high-quality oak flooring and walls, and transparent crystal panels.

Natural light pours in through floor-to-ceiling windows, softly permeating the space, creating a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. Furthermore, the elegant Art Deco design found throughout the space subtly pays homage to Miami’s architectural heritage and culture.

The Bentley Residences Miami features a patented car elevator called the Deservater, which allows guests to access the penthouse floor without getting out of their car. The glass-enclosed garage inside the building can accommodate up to seven vehicles and is fully equipped with EV charging facilities.

The building will feature a variety of facilities, including a wellness center, spa, game room, whiskey bar, cigar lounge, movie theater, pet spa, beauty salon, and a residents-only restaurant and dining space. The eastern side of the site will feature a 2.4-acre private beach, a beach club surrounded by greenery, and an oceanfront pool deck and beach cabanas. Completion of the development is scheduled for 2028.
