The sloping roof creates a sporty atmosphere

While the A390 Beta Concept prototype is tightly concealed, it features four doors, a sports car-like sloping roofline, and a steeply sloping bonnet similar to that of the Alpine A110.

Looking at the body side, the front doors feature flush door handles, while the rear door handles appear to be mounted on the C-pillar. The car is fitted with special large-diameter wheels, and parts of slim LED taillights can be seen on the left and right sides of the rear.

Will the top grade have over 600PS?

The mass-produced model will use the same CMF-EV platform as the Renault Megane E-Tech and Nissan Ariya. With a total of three motors, two in the rear and one in the front, the top-grade model will likely have a maximum output of 608 PS. It is rumored that the car will also feature a torque vectoring mechanism, which electronically controls the power transmitted to the tires to smooth out handling. A version with a maximum output of 400 PS is also believed to be in development, and with this specification, the driving range per charge will likely be around 600 km.

The A390 will have its world premiere on October 11th. It will be one of seven new electric vehicles that Alpine will bring to market by 2030. It will be manufactured in France and is scheduled for release in 2025.
