Audi Q8
Exterior incorporating Audi’s latest CI

The updated Q8 and SQ8 (pictured) feature Audi’s latest CI, including the 2D “Audi rings.” The Audi Single Frame grille is wider than before, giving the car a sportier exterior.
The Q8 and SQ8, which debuted as premium SUV coupes in 2018, have undergone a facelift. This major evolution marks the first complete update since the Q8 was introduced to the Japanese market in 2019. The sporty and elegant design has been further enhanced, and Audi’s new design language, including the 2D “Audi rings,” has been adopted.
With this facelift, the octagonal Audi Singleframe grille is now wider than before and features a striking vertical inlay. The base model’s front grille has a teardrop shape, while the “S line” grade and “SQ8” have an L-shaped design, clearly differentiating the design from the A1 to A8 series. The headlights are now positioned higher and the air intakes have a new shape, giving the front section a completely new impression.
Currently, Audi has stripped away flashy decorative elements across the entire lineup, and the “S line” uses contrasting colors for the front bumper, door attachment trim, and part of the diffuser. This highlights the side air intakes on the front bumper, emphasizing the powerful design of an SUV.
The Q8 series is the first to feature HD Matrix LED headlights with laser high beams, which are equipped with digital daytime running lights that allow the user to choose from four different light signatures. The digital OLED rear lights also come with a choice of four different light designs.
Three types of power units available

The Q8 is available with a 3.0-liter V6 direct-injection diesel engine and a 3.0-liter V6 direct-injection gasoline engine, while the SQ8 is equipped with a 4.0-liter V8 direct-injection gasoline engine that produces a maximum output of 507 PS.
The new Q8 lineup includes a 3.0-liter V6 “50 TDI” direct-injection diesel engine that delivers a maximum output of 272 PS and a maximum torque of 600 Nm, and a 3.0-liter V6 “55 TFSI” direct-injection gasoline engine that delivers a maximum output of 340 PS and a maximum torque of 500 Nm. All engines are equipped with an 8-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission and “quattro” full-time all-wheel drive. The “55 TFSI” is equipped with a mild hybrid system with a 48V system, lithium-ion battery, and belt alternator starter (BAS).
The performance SQ8 is equipped with a 4.0-liter V8 “TFSI” direct-injection gasoline engine that produces a maximum output of 507 PS and a maximum torque of 770 Nm. It is combined with an 8-speed Tiptronic (AT) and a “quattro” full-time four-wheel drive system, and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds, with a top speed electronically limited to 250 km/h.
The 4.0-liter V8 engine, with its “1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8” firing order, is characterized by its sporty, rich sound. The cylinder-on-demand system shuts off fuel injection and ignition under low-to-medium load conditions and under certain acceleration conditions, and closes the intake and exhaust valves to deactivate cylinders 2, 3, 5, and 8. Running on only four cylinders, the engine achieves high efficiency.
”SQ8″ highlights its high-performance model

The performance model SQ8 comes with exclusive interior and exterior features, including a special front spoiler, rear diffuser, and Dynamica/leather sports seats with an S logo.
The performance-spec SQ8 is equipped with a redesigned S-model-exclusive front spoiler, a sporty rear diffuser, and four tailpipes. The single-frame grille features an L-shaped inlay, and the side air intake edges and side skirt inlays have a racy aluminum-look finish.
The front black brake calipers feature an “S” logo, highlighting the performance model, with red calipers available as an option. The interior comes standard with Dinamica/leather sport seats with an S logo, black headlining, and the Audi virtual cockpit plus with dedicated views.
The SQ8 comes standard with all-wheel steering. The optional Advanced Suspension Package includes a rear sport differential for nimble and precise handling, and an active stabilizer that reduces body movement on uneven surfaces and significantly reduces roll angle when cornering.
