Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale
Alfa Romeo returns to custom-made model production

With the delivery of the first 33 Stradale, Alfa Romeo has returned to manufacturing custom-made models (fuorizeri).
As promised to Alfa Romeo fans around the world, Alfa Romeo will roll off the production line and deliver the first 33 Stradale to its first customer within 2024. It can be said that Alfa Romeo has achieved the completion date set at the start of the project in record time.
The 33 Stradale project marks Alfa Romeo’s return to the world of “Fuoriserie” (Italian for custom-made models). The 33 Stradale utilizes the know-how of custom-made models nurtured in Italy. Each of the 33 owners will be offered a special car, boasting the highest level of craftsmanship, ultimate driving performance, and unique customization.
The delivery ceremony on December 17th is also a memorable day, as it was on this same day in 1966 that Carlo Chiti officially entrusted Franco Scaglione with the creation of the bodywork for the Tipo 33 Stradale. 58 years later, the first car of the new generation 33 Stradale has been completed, bringing that story to a perfect revival.
“Club 33” is a group of 33 selected members.

The 33 Stradale sold out immediately after its unveiling at the Monza F1 Grand Prix in September 2022. Each member of Club 33 who placed an order had detailed discussions with Alfa Romeo to determine their own specifications.
Only 33 units will be built, and the 33 Stradale will combine Alfa Romeo’s tradition and future, offering an incredibly exciting driving experience to the small group of enthusiasts who believe in the project’s success.
Alfa Romeo’s design department, Centro Stile, has created a beautiful exterior inspired by the historic Tipo 33 Stradale model that debuted in 1967. While the form emphasizes tradition, it is seamlessly combined with Alfa Romeo’s latest design luggage.
Two powertrains are available: the internal combustion model is powered by a 3.0-liter V6 twin-turbo engine with a maximum output of 628 PS, which drives the rear wheels via an 8-speed DCT, while the BEV model is an AWD model with three electric motors mounted on the front and rear axles, providing a maximum output of 760 PS and a range of 450 km.
After the official unveiling at the Monza F1 Grand Prix in September 2022, the members of Club 33 who ordered the 33 Stradale held detailed meetings with Bottega, a team of professionals from various fields. The owner of the first car also held numerous virtual and real-life discussions with Bottega to decide on his customization.
All 33 cars are manufactured by Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera.
