Honda 0 Saloon / Honda 0 SUV
0 Series flagship saloon

The Honda 0 Saloon, based on the concept model Saloon unveiled at CES 2024, will be released to the market in 2026 as the flagship of the 0 Series.
The Honda 0 Saloon is an evolved prototype of the Saloon concept model unveiled at CES 2024, with a view to launching the production model in 2026. While retaining the low-profile, sporty design of the concept model, it also boasts a spacious interior that is unimaginable from the exterior.
The Honda 0 Saloon, the flagship of the Honda 0 Series, is based on a newly developed EV-specific architecture and is equipped with many next-generation technologies to embody the 0 Series’ development approach of “Thin, Light, and Wise.”
At CES 2025, Honda will showcase its world-first Level 3 autonomous driving technology, as well as its newly developed “ASIMO OS” that provides a “super-personalized” mobility experience for each user. The mass-produced model of the Honda 0 SALOON will be released in North America in 2026, with plans to expand to global markets such as Japan and Europe thereafter.
An SUV with a highly flexible interior space

The Honda 0 SUV, the first model in the Honda 0 Series, will be launched in the first half of 2026 and will use the latest architecture to ensure a spacious and flexible living space.
The Honda 0 SUV is a mid-size SUV prototype that will be sold as the first in the Honda 0 Series. It is a fully electric crossover that further evolves the idea behind the SPACE-HUB concept model unveiled at CES 2024. As with the saloon, the “Thin, Light, and Wise” approach has been applied to the SUV, expanding the spaciousness of the interior. Open views and a spacious living space with a high degree of freedom have been ensured.
Like the Honda 0 Saloon, the Honda 0 SUV is equipped with a variety of next-generation technologies. The ASIMO OS is installed, realizing a significantly evolved spatial value and digital UX. Furthermore, a 3D gyro sensor based on Honda’s unique robotics technology is used for highly accurate attitude estimation and stabilization control, resulting in driving dynamics that provide a sense of security on a variety of road surfaces.
The mass-produced model based on the Honda 0 SUV will be launched in the North American market in the first half of 2026, ahead of the Honda 0 Saloon, and will then be rolled out to other global regions, including Japan and Europe.
A newly developed OS that inherits the ASIMO concept

Honda ASIMO is a bipedal robot that has gained immense popularity around the world. The vehicle OS installed in the Honda 0 Series will be equipped with “ASIMO OS,” named after ASIMO.
Honda’s proprietary vehicle operating system, “ASIMO OS,” is installed in the Honda 0 Series. The name comes from ASIMO, a humanoid robot developed as part of basic technology research with the aim of being useful to people and usable in society. Research and development began in 1986, and ASIMO was released in 2000, becoming an iconic presence in the world of robotics from 2000 through the 2010s.
Just like ASIMO, the Honda 0 Series aims to “amaze and inspire the world and become a symbol of the next generation of EVs,” and has given the name “ASIMO OS” to the vehicle’s core vehicle OS.
Since the development of ASIMO, Honda has further evolved the robotics technologies it has cultivated, including ASIMO’s external recognition technology and autonomous behavior control technology that understands human intentions and acts accordingly. By combining these with advanced intelligent technologies, the Honda 0 Series aims to provide Honda’s unique software-defined vehicle (SDV) value.
As a software platform, ASIMO OS provides integrated control of ECUs (Electronic Control Units), which control automotive systems such as AD (Autonomous Driving)/ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment). ASIMO OS is scheduled to be installed in all models of the Honda 0 Series, including the mass-produced Honda 0 SUV and Honda 0 Saloon.
Based on the ASIMO OS, the vehicle software will be constantly updated to provide functions and services such as spatial value, digital UX, and Honda’s unique integrated dynamics control that bring enjoyment and comfort to travel, and the vehicle will continue to evolve to suit user preferences and needs through OTA (Over The Air) even after the vehicle is sold.
