EX30 Cross Country
Compact yet outstanding off-road performance

Volvo has unveiled a snow-covered landscape of Lapland to coincide with the preview of the EX30 Cross Country. The car’s driving performance is expected to be demonstrated on snow at the world premiere event on February 10th.
The Volvo EX30 is a compact fully electric crossover that debuted in 2023. It is currently manufactured at the Zhangjiakou plant in China, and due to its popularity around the world, a production line is scheduled to be added to the Ghent plant in Belgium from 2025.
A cross-country version with a higher ride height is currently under development as a derivative model of the EX30, and testing in various parts of Europe has already been filmed by various media outlets. Volvo has now announced that it will stream the world premiere event for the EX30 Cross Country from 1:00 PM Central European Time on February 10th in Lapland, Sweden, near the Arctic Circle.
At the world premiere event, the development team and various guests will introduce the EX30 Cross Country. Volvo describes the EX30 Cross Country as “a small car for big experiences, designed to make outdoor adventures accessible to anyone, anywhere in the world,” and its off-road capabilities are likely to be showcased in the heavy snow regions of Lapland.
The world premiere will be streamed live from 9:00 PM on February 10th, Japan time, at the link below.
