Volvo EX30 Cross Country
“Cross Country” offers a new experience

Volvo says the EX30 Cross Country is more than just a vehicle; it offers an experience that includes accessories, gear and a variety of information.
The EX30 Cross Country, which has joined Volvo’s EV lineup, is based on the EX30 fully electric compact crossover and adds toughness for off-road driving. It was developed for customers who want to enjoy “adventures” outside the city on roads covered in snow and ice.
Volvo believes the Cross Country should be more than just a car; it should be an experience. Customers who purchase an EX30 Cross Country will be able to choose from a new experience package, the Cross Country Experience. This exclusive package includes access to accessories, gear and information designed to help customers maximise the EX30 Cross Country’s off-road capabilities.
Owners who choose the Cross Country Experience will receive a bespoke package of benefits. The exclusive Cross Country Experience accessory package includes discounts on items such as load carriers, a roof basket, 18-inch all-terrain tires, and mud flaps. More details about the program will be announced in the future.
Speaking at the EX30 Cross Country’s world premiere, Volvo Cars CEO Jim Rowan said:
“More than 25 years ago we introduced our first cross-country model, the V70 XC, and this tough, all-weather concept is at the core of the Volvo brand. Swedish winters are harsh, but we make the most of them by getting out and exploring nature, even in temperatures as low as -20°C. That’s why we want EX30 Cross Country customers to enjoy more than just a car: they want an experience.”
“We know that many people are looking for ways to get closer to nature, which is why we’re creating an ecosystem around the EX30 Cross Country through our new Cross Country experience, supporting our customers as they enjoy adventure.”
A driving range of over 400km and off-road performance thanks to AWD

The EX30 Cross Country has a maximum range of 427km, and its AWD system with motors at the front and rear allows it to handle a variety of conditions, including snowy roads.
The EX30 Cross Country, developed as a compact electric SUV, has a maximum range of 427km (based on the European WLTP driving cycle). It can be charged from 10% to 80% in just 26 minutes. Its all-wheel drive (AWD) system, equipped with motors at the front and rear, allows it to handle a variety of road surfaces, delivering excellent performance in all conditions, from urban highways to muddy and snowy roads.
To improve off-road performance, the vehicle height has been increased from the base EX30 and it is equipped with special large-diameter wheels. Optional 18-inch all-terrain accessory tires can also be installed.
The exterior features a special dark color scheme on the windshield and trunk lid. Thick front and rear skid plates and wheel arch extensions create a rugged look. The front also features unique artwork depicting the topography of the Kebnekaise Mountains in Sweden’s Arctic Circle.
Interior equipped with a 12.3-inch tablet

The interior, carried over from the Volvo EX30, features a 12.3-inch tablet in the center, equipped with Google’s system, allowing users to use Google Maps and other features.
The interior carries over the latest technology, storage systems, and cool design that made the EX30 such a big hit. The infotainment system, which features a 12.3-inch tablet in the center, is equipped with a Google system. Various Google apps, including the navigation system “Google Maps,” are standard equipment. Furthermore, by using the dedicated “Volvo EX30” app, you can turn on the air conditioning before your drive and get in the car with the interior warmed up.
The center storage compartment between the driver’s and passenger seats can be slid out to create a cup holder for coffee or travel mugs, or returned to its original position when more storage space is needed. The glove box is located at the bottom of the center console and can be accessed from either seat.
A sliding storage box is located under the center tunnel of the rear seats, and can be removed and washed. By removing the speakers from the doors and incorporating them into the sound bar on the dashboard, large storage spaces have been created in the doors. The trunk lid is equipped with an illustrated guide called “Will it fit?” that allows you to accurately determine the size of your luggage.
