BMW M4 CS Edition VR46. Sport & Style
Also invited to a special event with Rossi

Purchasers of the BMW M4 CS Edition VR46. will also be given experiential benefits, such as the opportunity to participate in a special private meeting with Rossi himself.
Valentino Rossi is a nine-time motorcycle world champion who will compete mainly in GT races as a BMW M Motorsport works driver from 2023. The special number “46” that he has always worn as his racing number is a special number. To celebrate his 46th birthday on February 16, 2025, BMW M has prepared the ultimate gift.
The special edition “M4 CS Edition VR46.” comes in two design variations, “Sport” and “Style,” both of which were designed by Rossi himself, and only 46 of each will be produced at BMW’s Dingolfing plant in Germany. Both models feature Rossi’s trademark racing number “46” boldly placed on the body and cockpit, including the doors and carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) roof.
Purchasers will be treated to exclusive perks that fans will love, including a special private meeting with Rossi (including a barbecue) to be held at Rossi’s private course, the VR46 Motor Ranch in Tavullia, Italy, and participation in the BMW M Driving Experience at the Misano Circuit.
Rossi, now 46 years old, does not hide his joy at the completion of the collaboration model with BMW.
“There is probably no other brand with motorsport as deeply rooted in its DNA as BMW M GmbH, and I am proud to share that passion. I was personally involved in the design of this special M4 CS Edition VR46 from the very early stages. It will be incredibly cool to see this car on the road or on the race track once it is sold.”
Rossi’s own color scheme

The “Sport” and “Style” models each feature a color scheme chosen by Rossi himself. The photo shows the exterior of the “Style” model.
The biggest change from the base BMW M4 CS is the two exterior colors with exclusive BMW Individual paint finishes. They perfectly match the M4 CS’s exclusive bonnet shape with exposed carbon fiber. The two color concepts, “Sport” and “Style,” both incorporate Rossi’s personal preferences in color tones and visual styles.
The Sport model is finished in Marina Bay Blue metallic with the number 46 boldly painted on both sides in dark Tanzanite Blue metallic, while the Style model is finished in Matte Frozen Tanzanite Blue metallic with the number 46 in Frozen Marina Bay Blue metallic.
The outline of the kidney grille and the V-shaped spokes of the forged M lightweight alloy wheels (which mark the tire valve position, just like on racing cars) are painted in Rossi’s personal vibrant yellow, and yellow is also chosen for the brake calipers with the “M” logo and the door frame accent strips on the “Sport” model. The carbon fiber roof features a hand-painted yellow “VR46” logo and Rossi’s signature.
Night blue with yellow accents

The cockpit is night blue with yellow accents, and various parts have been added to highlight that it is a special model designed by Rossi.
The cockpit is a chic Night Blue color scheme with yellow accents, just like the exterior. The M Carbon bucket seats are upholstered in Black/Night Blue Merino leather, while the Alcantara shoulder area is finished in vibrant Sao Paulo Yellow.
The door sill trim and headrests feature a yellow “VR46” logo. The M Alcantara steering wheel with a three-spoke design and flat bottom rim features yellow contrast stitching and a center marker. The carbon fiber center console is fitted with a special badge reading “1/46.” This clearly identifies the car as a special edition, with only 46 units of each “Sport” and “Style” produced.
The power unit is the same as the BMW M4 CS, a 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder M TwinPower Turbo engine that produces a maximum output of 405 kW (550 PS). It drives all four wheels via an eight-speed M Steptronic transmission (automatic), an active M differential, and the M xDrive intelligent all-wheel drive system. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 3.1 seconds, and from 0 to 200 km/h in 10.8 seconds. The M4 CS Edition VR46 comes standard with the M Driver’s Package, and its top speed is electronically limited to 302 km/h.
