The McLaren F1 team is a prestigious name in the motorsports world, having won the constructors’ championship in the 2024 season. As an official partner since 2022, DeWalt has provided the team with various support, including power tools and toolboxes.

The DEWALT x McLaren F1 Team collaboration series, which will go on sale in Japan from late March 2025, features a lineup of backpacks and square bags. McLaren’s signature color, papaya orange, is used for the stitching and interior materials, and the brand logo and icons that are the signature of the collaboration series are featured on the front pockets and other areas.

Both items were developed based on bags that are popular with a wide range of users, including professionals, outdoors, travellers and sportspeople. The bottom is made of shock-resistant, dust-proof and water-resistant resin, and the bag is made of 1680 denier polyester fabric, which is water-repellent, dust-repellent and highly durable.

The “DEWALT x McLaren F1 Team Backpack” comfortably stores a variety of tools and gear, as well as laptops and other items. The “DEWALT x McLaren F1 Team Square Bag” boasts high storage capacity, and the top can be fully opened to expand the space by 1.5 times. Both bags feature U-shaped zipper pulls that are easy to use even when wearing gloves.

The front is equipped with a waterproof and dustproof (IP54 compliant) pocket. The backpack has 43 pockets and holders inside and outside, and the square bag has 33 pockets and holders, ensuring high storage capacity and the functionality you expect from a tool brand. It can also be used in combination with the “Rolling Bag (product number: DWST60107-1)” with casters from the same series.
