TOYOTA Supra “A90 Final Edition”
The culmination of the Supra’s revival after 17 years

The GR Supra was revived in 2019. As a culmination of the current model, some improvements have been made, including improved braking performance and increased rigidity. In addition, 150 units of the special edition “Supra A90 Final Edition” will be introduced.
In 2019, the GR Supra was revived for the first time in 17 years, driven by the strong desire of its master driver, Chairman Akio Toyoda, also known as “Morizo.” At the time of the announcement, Chairman Toyoda spoke about his thoughts on the Supra as follows:
“The Supra, which I spent a lot of time with during driving training at the Nürburgring, is like a special old friend to me. At the time, while other manufacturers were running pre-release prototype cars at the Nürburgring, we were only able to run in an old Supra that was no longer in production, which was very frustrating.”
“Many fans around the world have been waiting for the Supra’s revival; I too have secretly harbored a desire to bring the Supra back. The new GR Supra is a car that was forged and refined at the Nürburgring. I can confidently say that it is a car that can provide an experience that goes beyond the joy of driving.”
The GR Supra has continued to evolve since its launch in 2019, with partially improved models released in 2020 and 2022. The newly introduced partially improved GR Supra RZ model pursues a “one-stop driving experience” that allows for full enjoyment on everything from city streets to winding roads and circuits. In addition to improved braking performance for safety and security, the body, suspension, and chassis rigidity have been improved, tuning has been optimized, and aerodynamic performance has been improved.
Additionally, the Japanese market will see the introduction of a partially improved “Supra RZ” grade model and a limited run of 150 units of the special edition “Supra A90 Final Edition,” a culmination of the current Supra and offering the highest level of performance. As mentioned above, lottery applications have begun. Furthermore, the partially improved Supra RZ model and the “Supra A90 Final Edition” are scheduled to be exhibited at the opening round of the 2025 Super GT season, which will be held at Okayama International Circuit on April 12-13, 2025.
Uses special aero parts from TGR-E

TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Europe (TGR-E), which developed the GR Supra GT4 and is involved in motorsports activities in Europe, was responsible for developing aerodynamic parts such as the swan-neck rear wing.
The special edition “Supra A90 Final Edition” will be the final production model, with only 300 units sold worldwide. The aerodynamics of the car were developed by TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Europe (TGR-E), the same team that developed the GR Supra GT4.
A new carbon fiber front spoiler, carbon fiber front canards, and front center flap have been adopted. A swan-neck type carbon fiber rear wing reminiscent of the GR Supra GT4 has been installed, optimizing the front and rear aerodynamic balance, downforce, and drag, improving road contact and handling performance. A carbon fiber bonnet duct has also been added. A removable inner duct has been adopted, which significantly improves cooling performance when removed.
The 3.0-liter inline 6-cylinder direct injection turbo engine has a revised intake path and a low back pressure catalyst to reduce pressure loss.By optimizing engine control, maximum power has been increased from 387 PS to 435 PS and maximum torque from 500 Nm to 570 Nm.
A baffle plate has been added to the engine oil pan to prevent oil uneven distribution at high G-forces due to improved cornering performance. Cooling performance has been strengthened in line with improved engine performance. The radiator cooling fan has been strengthened, a sub-radiator has been added, and the cooling fins on the differential gear cover have been enlarged.
The suspension is made by KW, which is also used in the GR Supra GT4. By strengthening the front and rear stabilizers, limit performance has been improved. Reinforced rubber bushings are used in the front lower arms, and pillow ball joints are used in the front control arms. The rear subframe uses the same aluminum rigid mount as the GR Supra GT4, improving the sense of unity between the suspension and body.
