A special moment that transitions between the ordinary and the extraordinary
I landed at Narita Airport on Friday evening. I didn’t get much sleep on the plane, but strangely enough, I didn’t feel tired. There was one reason for this: the time awaiting me this weekend was special.
It’s only a 40-minute train ride from the airport, and my second base comes into view, nestled in a quiet suburban residential area. In the back, my recently delivered Lamborghini Revuelto is quietly waiting for my return. The imposing garage seems designed to accommodate the Revuelto’s presence. With its exposed concrete floor, clean white walls, and soft orange lighting pouring in from the ceiling, just stepping into this space reminds me that my weekend will be transformed into something extraordinary.
I take out the keys and sink into the Revuelto’s seat, forgetting even to take off my suit. First class just for me. Just holding the steering wheel makes me feel like I can go anywhere. “Get me out of here, I want to run as hard as I can and roar,” I hear my partner say. That’s right, I’m playing golf tomorrow, so I’ll take this car on a little trip on Sunday. Maybe a trip to Tsukuba Circuit would be good. Then I’ll come back and polish it up again. Just thinking about my plans makes me excited. It’s a reward for all the hard work I put in every day.
A solidly built garage house

[1] The elegant pale green exterior matches the Porsche 928 GTS perfectly, and it makes me feel ecstatic. [2] Just looking at the one-piece marble kitchen space gives me endless ideas for what kind of dishes I can make for dinner with my guests. This garage house inspires me.
Rather than “storing hobbies,” he says, “living with hobbies”… This garage house is a space where that can truly be realized. Including the Revuelto, he has four beloved cars. German, British, and Italian. Although they are from different countries and have different body types, they are all precious companions. Lined up, admired, polished, and driven. Just doing that completes a weekend. If the whole building were rented, this garage house could accommodate up to 10 cars (6 in the garage, 4 in the surface parking lot). He could even welcome a car that he falls in love with in the future. Just imagining such a future is already fun.
Then it’s a five-minute walk. Beyond the trees stretches the fairway of the prestigious Abiko Golf Club. If you keep walking, the usual group of golfers will be waiting for you at the tee. If we finish our round early tomorrow, we can all come back here. Let’s make some snacks and open the wine I brought back from my business trip. I wonder what else is chilling in the wine cellar? I’m glad I bought more wine glasses the other day. With ample storage and a large pantry, there’s plenty of tableware and even a proper cooking set. Even if you’re staying overnight, the over 150-square-meter living space and over 80-square-meter private roof balcony with a view of the fireworks will allow guests to relax without worry. Yeah, that’s a pretty good idea.
Located just a 5-minute walk from Abiko Golf Club

Abiko Golf Club, a five-minute walk away, is scheduled to host the Japan Women’s Open Golf Championship in 2030.
But still, how luxurious and comfortable it is to have your own space filled with all the things you love. For a man who constantly struggles at work, a simple place to rest isn’t enough. This garage house is a place where I can let myself go without having to worry about anyone. Cars, golf, music, food, art. The moment I step into this space where everything is tailored to my taste, I feel a natural relaxation. Having fully recharged here, I return to reality. That’s right, I’ll go to Narita Golf Club next week.
I have a meeting first thing on Monday morning. I’ll head straight to my office at Tokyo Station. It’s only a 45-minute train ride away. Okay, I’ll get some sleep for now.
Savoring the joy of living.
