Specially tuned 3.0-liter inline-6 twin-turbo engine
The 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder twin-turbo engine installed in the M3 Competition M xDrive Touring has been specially tuned to produce a maximum output of 550 PS.
The BMW M3 CS Touring is based on the 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder twin-turbo engine found in the M3 Competition M xDrive Touring, and has been specially tuned with increased boost. It now delivers a maximum output of 550 PS (405 kW), an increase of approximately 20 PS, and a maximum torque of 650 Nm. Furthermore, thanks to weight reductions in the interior and exterior, it achieves a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of just 3.5 seconds.
The chassis has been improved in road grip, camber strength, and damper response by increasing the number of ball joints from four to 14. The engine mounts and gearbox bearings have been strengthened, and the car comes standard with a dedicated suspension, dedicated stabilizer, a lower center of gravity, and red high-gloss M carbon ceramic brakes for ultimate driving performance on the circuit.
Actively introducing CFRP components
The bonnet, kidney grille, diffuser and other parts are made of lightweight, highly rigid CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) components.
The exterior uses CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) for the hood to reduce weight. CFRP is also used for the kidney grille, air inlets, door mirror caps, diffuser, etc., giving the car a unique presence. It is equipped with “adaptive LED headlights” that emit yellow daytime running lights, and the model badges on the tailgate and other parts have a black base with red accents, giving it a special feel.
The interior features an “M Alcantara steering wheel” with a center mark, M carbon fiber trim, a special CFRP center console, and M carbon bucket seats in the front seats. The M carbon bucket seats feature a design reminiscent of the racing scene. In addition to a rear passenger area that can seat three adults, there is also ample luggage space, making it easy to use in everyday situations.
